- The idea is to build an omnichannel multi-brand home retail store where buyers and sellers can list and shop (respectively) for home decoration items. Currently, the focus is not on all the items that don’t fall into the category of home furnishings (big furniture).
- However, the need is to find out how customers go about home decoration, which factors influence their behaviour, which factors they consider when selecting products, and so on.
